Refund policy

RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY:

We really hope you’re happy with your order, but if you’ve received a product and decided it isn’t for you, then no problem.

RETURNS:

To start a return, you can contact us at Customerservice@benisrunning.com. Within your email include your order number, delivery address and reason for return. We will then provide you with the next steps of the return, including the return address.

We have a 14 day returns policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that as a small business, original shipping charges are non-refundable and unfortunately we cannot offer free returns, you will need to cover the cost of returning the item.

Upon receipt of the returned item(s) we will do a quality inspection then we will process your refund. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving the return. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at Customerservice@benisrunning.com.

EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
