About Me
I’m Ben, a 28 year old runner from Essex UK and have documented my running journey on YouTube since January 2021. I started running properly during the covid lockdown period as like a lot of people, I suddenly had more time to get out and exercise. I remember this was the first time I was able to train to the level I wanted to, running my first 100k week and then soon saw my 5k Parkrun time tumble. Fast forward to today, filming videos about my running which was nothing more than a new hobby has grown into a full time career. I have a lot of this to thank for the support of people like yourself. This is the first time we put out any merchandise so I hope you get behind it 🤘
Merchandise
This year we've decided to release some Ben is Running Merch, in the hope this could lead to more apparel. My partner and I are doing it all ourselves; Meg does all in-house design, website design and we'll rope in our family and friends to help pick and pack!

Past Collabs
I've been lucky enough to have worked with some of my favourite brands for a long time, to have their support means I can continue to do this crazy thing I now get to call a job! I recently had a collab with SHYU socks. My partner Meg designed the socks and worked with the team at SHYU to perfect them and we LOVE how they turned out. There are still a couple on the SHYU website if you want to get your hands on them!
