I’m Ben, a 28 year old runner from Essex UK and have documented my running journey on YouTube since January 2021. I started running properly during the covid lockdown period as like a lot of people, I suddenly had more time to get out and exercise. I remember this was the first time I was able to train to the level I wanted to, running my first 100k week and then soon saw my 5k Parkrun time tumble. Fast forward to today, filming videos about my running which was nothing more than a new hobby has grown into a full time career. I owe much of this to the support of people like you.
